High quality steel and exceptional service: it’s what we do.
How we work as a business
We are open 24/7 for all our customers, offering collections and deliveries throughout the entire week including weekends.
Our advanced processing facilities are open 24/7 and our relationships with our reliable and trusted suppliers means our supply chain process is the best it can be. We are always thinking of new and innovative ways to improve how we work and we are always open to new suggestions. Combined with traditional processing methods, our state of the art facility allows us to solve any technical challenge that you’re facing.
We are able to process steel sheets for a wide range of widths and thicknesses; if you are looking for a specific size, let us know and we will do our best to find it for you.
Decoiling is an essential process, as it allows us to change the width and thickness of our steel sheets and plates, and to produce a perfectly flat sheet of steel.
After being manufactured in the steel mill, we unwind the steel coil from it’s parent coil and pass it through our precision levelling machine – one of the most advanced in the UK. The machine is able to handle and stretch very high strength steel, resulting in substantially reduced residual stress in our steel sheets and plates. Where we can, we will try to reduce any impact on the environment and be as sustainable as possible.

Shearing and blanking
As well as our decoiling lines, we have a number of machines that can be used for shearing and blanking – either to trim your steel sheets and plates of unwanted material or to punch specific shapes from the sheets.
Our shearing machines allow us to slice through our steel with extreme precision, creating clean cuts with smooth edges and providing a cost effective solution. Our blanking machines allow us to quickly and efficiently punch through the steel, leaving a sharp shape in its place.
We can offer shearing and blanking for steel between 0.6mm and 16mm in thickness and up to 9000mm in length. Both lines offer an exact tolerance for precision application, as well as the option of bespoke packaging including full metal wrapping and palletising.
