Sales Admin:

Job Specification:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Assist Sales Manager and Sales Executives in daily roles.
  • Admin tasks as required
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Developing the continuous improvement of supply and services.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements – Individual must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Good communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team

Approx. 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, 25 days holidays per year plus national UK holidays, career progression, training and courses available, on-site parking. Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

Sales Executive:

Job Specification:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Report into Commercial Director, to manage expectations for the business as required.

Requirements – Individual must have:

  • 2 years’ quota carrying sales experience ideally.
  • Experience in the steel industry or similar environment
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Factory Worker 

Job Specification:

You will play an important role within the team and be responsible for assisting in the loading/unloading of vehicles by overhead crane in a safe and timely manner.

You will ensure that all stocks are prepared for our customers and that the material is presentable and meets our highest standards.

You will support safe and effective operations and maintain stock integrity by ensuring the organisation of stock and associated records are maintained accurately, in line with the storage standards.

– Loading / Unloading vehicles (overhead crane).
– Preparing stocks for despatch (banding, palletising).

Work safely under pressure and to tight timescales.

We are looking for individuals with the drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment and to work as part of a team to help us to achieve the level of quality and service we desire.


Requirements – Individual must have:

– Sheet Steel experience is desirable
– Overhead crane licence is desirable
